Introduction

The C.F. Goodwin Public Library, in Royse City, is completing a Three Year Strategic Plan
(2012-2015) and is offering Royse City Residents the opportunity to have a say in programs and
materials the Library offers, to make sure the Library remains a vital, well-used community service.
