Notes
This view displays the current slide in a reduced size with room for notes
at the bottom of the page. It is used for adding a memo, notation or
instruction for a slide(s). You can also use this view to design explanatory
handouts for your audience.
12.3 Applying Different Color Schemes
Perfect color combination is must for every presentation. You should decide your color
scheme before presenting your slide.
PowerPoint helps you to choose a color scheme from any of the available catchy schemes.
Choose Format >> Slide Color Scheme.

Select any color scheme for General or Custom tab.
12.3.1 Running a Slide Show
After you have finished with your creative work, its time to see the show To start the slide
show, click on Slide Show view button, or choose Slide Show > > View Show. The keyboard
shortcut is F5.
12.3.2 Entering Text
The text of your presentation carries a lot of weight. Before preparing the text content of
your presentation you must follow some rules:
• Too much text should nor be placed on a slide.
• The clearer, the better.
• Know where you are going.
