3. Industrial Dispute Act: Definitions, Authorities and procedure to settle industrial disputes.
4. Payment of Wages Act: Definitions, Methods for computing and fixing wages.
5. The Workmen Compensation Act, 1923: Definition of Commissioner ,Workmen, Disablement, Rules regarding
Workmen’s compensation, Defences available to employers, Amount and Distribution of Compensation,
Enforcement of Act.
6. Payment of Bonus Act, 1965: Definition of Accounting Year, Allocable Surplus, Available Surplus, Eligibility and
