promotion. However, the company could recruit four new experienced salesmen. On
analyzing the new salesmen's past experience in conjunction with a performance test
which was given to them, the company assigned performance ratings to them for each of
the state. These ratings are given below. As the company's policy is to attach one salesman
to one state, with four salesmen it would not be possible to go for all the five states.
Therefore, company would like to know which four states have to be selected in order to
