Y is nearly 15 years old, and has grown to become one of the leading consulting companies
in Scandinavia. Current customers include large industrial enterprises, government
agencies and international organisations. They focus on using an iterative and incremental
development method. The company has a flat and open organisation, with a process-
oriented structure, and employs about 140 persons. Over 90% of these hold a MSc/MBA.
