          Satellites: An artificial body placed in orbit around the earth or another planet in order to collect   Notes
          information or for communication.
          Short Message Service: It is a technology that enables the sending and receiving of messages
          between mobile phones.
          Virtual Private Network (VPN): A virtual private network (VPN) is a network that uses a public
          telecommunication infrastructure, such as the Internet, to provide remote offices or individual
          users with secure access to their organization’s network.

          Wide Area Network(WAN): A Wide Area Network (WAN) is a communication network made
          up of computers that are non-local to one another, exchanging data across a wide area or great
          distance.
