                                  Introduction

                                  CBSE is one of the best and most recognized boards of school education in India, other prominent
                                  board is Indian Certificate of Secondary Education or ICSE. The Central Board of Secondary
                                  Education has undergone a number of changes over the years that have resulted to the board's
                                  present avatar.
                                  There is a state board of each state, recognized by the Department of Higher Education, Ministry
                                  of Human Resource. Management, Govt. of India each board works for the educational
                                  development of children at high school, secondary level. We will discuss about it is a descriptive
                                  manners.
                                  12.1 Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)

                                  CBSE board is considered very important in Indian education system because, it focuses to
                                  impart a common education in this land of diverse culture and heritage called across India.
                                  Thus, it has created a common standard of education for all across the country. CBSE education
                                  keeps getting updated with time. This board has successfully matched the needs and changing
                                  trends in the world of education. The quality of education system has always been high and
                                  competitive. At present there are more than 9000 schools are affiliated with the board and
                                  the figure includes around 140 schools spread in 21 countries with more than 12 million
                                  students.
