Notes residence.
After marriage when a man starts living with his wife’s mother’s place, it is called ‘Matri-Local’
residence.
In the ‘Tiv’ community, a man lives with his mother after marriage but after the birth of a child,
he sets up a separate residence for his wife, which is behind his mother’s house.

er, such a system is called Avuncu-local.
