12.3.3 Adding Text in Slide View
To add the text in Slide view.
Click the text box you want use and Type the text.
If your text takes more than one line PowerPoint automatically wraps the text.

Adding New Text Boxes If you want to add more text than Slide view leaves room fo4 you
can add new text boxes to your slide. To add a new text box:
Click the text box tool.
Move the cursor to the point on the slide where you want to add the box.
Hold the mouse button while dragging the mouse down and to the right.
Release it when the text box is the size you want.
12.3.4 Adding Text in Outline View
To display presentation in Outline view click the Outline View button in the lower-left
corner of the screen or choose View > > Outline. The displayed screen will be as follows:
