12.5.5 Enhancing Graph Notes
You can add select, color, background, a text note, add a title or data labels to your chart
to enhance its look.
12.5.6 Changeable Chart Elements
You can select and change any of the following chart elements by double clicking on them:
• Individual data series
• The plot area
• The X and Y axes
• The legend
• The gridlines
12.5.7 Setting Chart Option
You can set various chart options to enhance its look. To do this Select the chart.
Choose Chart >> Chart Options.

From the dialog box, click on different tabs and select options as desired.
12.6 AutoShapes
To emphasize important points in your presentation, you might want to include PowerPoint
auto shapes in addition to text. The Shapes you draw in PowerPoint are objects that can be
sized, moved, copied, and formatted in a variety of ways to suit your needs.
