Pioneers: Pioneers are the first in their country or organization to set down the rules and name
the terms.

Project Board: It refers to a group of management grade personnel who are responsible for
overseeing the progress of the project and reacting to any strategic problems.
Project Closure: It refers to the acceptance of the deliverables and discontinuing resources that
were required to run the project.
Project Definition: This refers to defining the objectives and the factors to be considered to make
the project successful.
Project Initiation: This refers to the resources as well as the planning before the project starts.
Project Manager: The person responsible for developing a definition of the project in conjunction
with the project sponsor.
Project Monitoring & Control: It includes taking necessary measures, so that the operation of
the project runs smoothly.
Project Sponsor: The person who commissions others to deliver the project and champions the
cause throughout the project.
