Notes Fines: A fine is money paid usually to superior authority, usually governmental authority, as a
punishment for a crime or other offence.
Remuneration: Remuneration is the total compensation that an employee receives in exchange
for the services he/she performed for the employer.
Wages: Wages means all remuneration's expressed in terms of money or capable of being so
expressed which would, if the terms of employment, express or implied, were fulfilled, be
payable to a person employed in respect of his employment or of work done in such employment.
