          Introduction

          To implement its strategy successfully a firm must have an appropriate organisational structure.
          An organisational structure is a set of formal tasks and reporting relationships which provide a
          framework for control and coordination within the organisation. The visual representation of
          an  organisational structure is called organisational chart. The purpose  of an organisational
          structure is to coordinate and integrate the efforts of employees at all levels – corporate, business
          and functional levels – so that they work together to achieve the specific set of strategies.
