'Goods' means every kind of movable property other than actionable claims and money; Notes
and includes stock and shares, growing crops, grass and things attached to or forming part
of the land.

2.6 Keywords

Complaint: Complaint many allegation in writing by a complainant with a view to obtaining any

Consumer: Any person who buys any goods for consideration which has been paid or promised
