                                                     Tables are an extremely powerful feature in Microsoft Word.




                                       8.6 Correcting Spelling Errors


                                       The user can check the spelling of an entire document, a selection of text, or a single word.
                                       To run the spell-checker from the menu:
                                         • Select the word or text to be checked. To check the entire document, make sure that
                                           nothing is selected.
                                         • Choose Tools >> Spelling and Grammar.
                                       Word stops automatically each time it find what it consider an error and then the Spelling
                                       and Grammar dialog box opens showing the error highlighted in red.

                                                     The Check spelling as you type and Check grammar as you type settings
                                                     will affect any open documents in Word. If other people use the documents,
                                                     you may want to notify the people that you made this change.







                                                      The correcting spelling option are only suggest the some default spellings
