Introduction
Web site testing is as important as any software or application testing. Web site testing refers to
software testing that focuses mainly on Web applications.
A Web site is a collection of a number of pages, which includes texts, graphic images, links, sounds, and
other elements. A Web site can be defined as a collection of one or more Web pages grouped under the
same domain. It must contain a domain name and a Web host.
The individual pages of a Web site are called Web pages. A Web page can be created
using Hyper Text Mark-up Language (HTML).
The domain name is the address of a Web site.
www.triumphindia.com is the domain name of the Web site of a company
called Triumph India Software Services Private Limited.
