Case Study Green's Cleaning Google Calendar

Why Move to Google Calendar?
Steve Green, the owner of Greens Cleaning Services, was used to carrying a heavy A4
paper diary around to book his appointments. But this was getting cumbersome especially
as bookings had to be communicated to cleaners out on the road.
Appointment details were written in the paper diary and photocopied. The cleaners had to
call into the depot to pick up the copies or they had to be phoned to them. Lots of work and
duplication and of course room for errors to creep in.
Also Steve was using a collection of email addresses. Which meant that client queries were
often being replied through Steve's personal email address. This was confusing for his
customers and filling his personal emails with business matters.
Creating an email Address for Your Business
If you have a website you probably have at least one email address. Sometimes businesses
own the web domain name but don't have the email accounts setup correctly. Emails from
customers are forwarded to a personal email account for convenience.
Google email accounts can be easily created and attached to your web domain.
