You can create private or public calendars, merge calendars, and create reminders. If you are
using Gmail as your email account, you can open Google Calendar from the link above your
Gmail inbox. It is quite convenient to use.
Holiday calendars: It is application which adds national holidays to a basic calendar.
iCal: It is a web-based calendar software program which can be accessed from any web browser
such as Internet Explorer. iCal allows you to view your calendar as well as other calendars in
your group. You can add events to your calendar and have email reminders for those events.

iCloud: It is a cloud storage and cloud computing service from Apple Inc. launched on October
12, 2011.It stores your music, photos, apps, calendars, documents, and more.
Public calendars: It is public web which others can access via the web.

Schedulebook office: It schedules the use of any shared resource, such as company meeting
rooms or even vacation homes.
Yahoo! Calendar: It is a Web-based calendar service from Yahoo!. It can read calendar feeds and
events collected from sites that make use of the published Yahoo! calendar programming
interfaces.
