Notes Now the number of pages has increased to 3 and this is indicated at the bottom bar in the
PageMaker window (Figure 2.32).
2. By right clicking on any page selected in this bar and clicking on “Remove Pages” we can
remove the page. The remaining pages get renumbered automatically.

How to Work with Columns?

Now that the cover page is done, we will make two columns in the following page and insert
text and graphics into it.

1. Go to Layout 4 Column Guides. A window similar to Figure 2.34 will pop up. Here we can
specify the number of columns and the spacing we want between the columns.
