                                     KRA measures are the key focus areas to which an officer is accountable to and has to
                                     deliver during the year apart from his/her normal deliverables. KRA measures are

                                     identified by cascading the Annual Business Plan and the Balanced Score Card of the
                                     respective Department/Division.
