A team as we all knows can be defined as “grouped persons with complementary skills and who
are committed to common goals and approach for which they hold themselves mutually
accountable”.
Collaborative management of work team culture is a fundamental emphasis of organisational
development programs. Generally, the techniques and the theory of understanding and
improving performance come from the laboratory training movement coupled with research in
the area of group dynamics.
