             extremely difficult to bring in a sense of discipline. Our youngsters are very bright, but
             discipline is a big problem. In electronic system you need to update it, you need to caption
             it then and there. And the next thing we found was that the younger people accept the
             challenges better. They are willing to experiment more, and they are willing to accept
             more.  And finally we also  found that most of the resistance comes from  operational
             people. These are the people who bring sales revenue to the company; they deliver systems;
             they do not want to change. Not that they don't want to change, but they see no clear
             incentives in this. These were the experiences at Infosys in implementing the systems.
