          Intellectual Capital: The term Intellectual capital collectively refers to all resources that  Notes

          Life Cycle Cost: It is the concept of including acquisition, operating, and disposal costs when
          evaluating various alternatives.
          Preventive Maintenance: An equipment maintenance strategy based on replacing, overhauling
          or remanufacturing an item at a fixed interval, regardless of its condition at the time is referred
          to as preventive maintenance.
          Team Approach: An approach to assessment that requires the active involvement of professionals
          from many fields, parents, perhaps the person with a disability, and other interested parties is
          known as team approach.

          Total Productive Maintenance: A series of methods, originally pioneered to ensure that every
          machine in a production process is always able to perform its required tasks so that production
          is never interrupted is known as total productive maintenance.
          Training: The action of teaching a person or animal a particular skill or type of behaviour is
          called as training.
