Mixed Reality (MR): Mixed reality refers to the merging of real and virtual worlds to produce
new environments and visualisations where physical and digital objects coexist and interact in
real time.
Static Experience: They are formed that do not alter in any form.
Touch Points: The sum total of all points of contacts with the brand which are called touch
points.
