                    Notes          Dynamic Experience: Dynamic experience utilise moving and charging audio visual elements.
                                   Experience Design (XD): Experience design is the practice of designing products, processes, services,
                                   events, and environments with a focus placed on the quality of the user experience and culturally
                                   relevant solutions.
                                   Gen C: Gen C is the ‘Connected Collective’ consumer.
                                   Mixed Reality (MR): Mixed reality refers to the merging of real and virtual worlds to produce
                                   new environments and visualisations where physical and digital objects coexist and interact in
                                   real  time.

                                   Static Experience: They are formed that do not alter in any form.
                                   Touch Points: The sum total of all points of contacts with the brand which  are called touch
                                   points.
