Notes Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): Electronic Data Interchange is the computer-to-
computer exchange of routine business data between trading partners in standard data formats.
E-governance: E-governance is the use of a range of modern Information and Communication
Technologies (ICT) such as Internet, Local Area Networks, mobiles etc. by Government to
improve the effectiveness, efficiency, service delivery and to promote democracy.
E-tailing: E-tailing is the selling of retail goods on the Internet.
