Introduction
Mobile Commerce is any transaction, involving the transfer of ownership or rights to use goods
and services, which is initiated and/or completed by using mobile access to computer-mediated
networks with the help of an electronic device. Mobile commerce (m-commerce) is creating
entirely new opportunities both for mobile devices and services. So, we can say that m-commerce
means transactions using a wireless device and data connection, which result in the transfer of
value in exchange of information, services, or goods. An m-commerce transaction is defined as
any type of transaction of an economic value that is conducted through a mobile device that uses
a wireless telecommunications network for communication with the e-commerce infrastructure.
M-commerce differs partially from e-commerce (electronic commerce) due to the special
characteristics and constraints the mobile devices and wireless networks have. Known as next-
