important events all in one place. Google Calendar is free, full featured, and easy to use.

calendars and share them as well as invite people to events flexibly using Google calendar.
Each calendar can be shared with other Google Calendar users using flexible permissions such
as admin, make changes, view only and so on. With this facility you can invite anybody with an
email address to your events. These invitees can also make the necessary changes to your event
list as and when the need arises.
Google Calendar is an easy way for teachers, administrators and students to share time-related
info like team schedules, assignment deadlines and school holidays. Anyone who needs to view
a calendar can use it from any Internet-connected computer and access it on existing school web
pages or within their own Google Calendar account. Changes made by a calendar organizer are
automatically seen by anyone who checks, which makes outdated versions a thing of the past.
Sports teams, clubs and other groups can use Google Calendar to keep students, teachers and
parents current with their group schedule. Groups with more than one leader (for example, a
