The blueprints should also contain models of the redesigned organisational structure. Instead of Notes
the traditional organisation chart, a different kind of chart is needed. This chart will show the
new process flow along with the process team members, the process owners, the case managers,
the process facilitators. The chart should also indicate parts of the organisation which interact
with the process personnel.
In addition, detailed technology specifications required to support the new process should be
defined.

Six Sigma at many organizations simply means a measure of quality that strives for near
perfection. Six Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for eliminating
defects, driving towards six standard deviations between the mean and the nearest specification
limit, in any process- from manufacturing to transactional and from product to service.
