                                     (f) Personal Record of the Teachers
                                    (g) Transfer certificate File
                                    (h) Duty Registers of the Teachers
                                     (i) Other books etc.
                                  (2) The Financial Records
                                     (a) Acquittance Roll
                                     (b) Contingency Register
                                     (c) Bill Register
                                    (d) Register or Scholarship
                                     (e) Register of Donation

                                     (f) Student’s Fund Register
                                    (g) Cash Book
                                    (h) Trunk-call Register
                                     (i) Fee Collection Register etc.
