There is an intimate relationship between mind and body. A healthy body has a healthy
mind. Students should develop not only their minds but their bodies also. We cannot
do any hard job if we have poor health Therefore, health is as necessary for us as
education. That is why these days in schools great importance is attached to physical
education.

It is a mistake on our part to look down upon our mother-tongue. We have to live in
and move with the world, Therefore, we need to learn other languages of the world.
But it is very necessary to be aware of the importance of the mother-tongue also. We
may become scholars of the English language and literature but we can never be a
Shakespeare or a Milton. An Englishman may become a scholar of the Hindi language
and literature but he can never be a Soor or a Tulsi. We can write good books only in
our mother-tongue. In our schools, too, sufficient attention is now being paid to the
Indian languages. It is our duty to acquire a good knowledge of our mother-tongue.

Spring is come. The two months–March and April are known as spring. This season is

the trees. Orchards and gardens become attractive. In the fields crops begin to ripen
and it gives great delight to the peasants and the labourers. That is why spring is
